• Hey all, if you have an SQL interview, let's go to the right place.

I used the following SQL resources to prepare for a job interview and find them really useful. Even if you are an experienced developer these resources will help you with your SQL skills quickly. And most importantly, whatever resources you have, I'm not sure where you are going to be.

Most useful resources for learning and preparing for SQL Interview:

    1.  SQL  interview questions by InterviewBit: This is the best resource I found. It comes with 40+ sql interview questions and each question comes with a well-detailed answer. To answer the question you need to answer/write a query.

E.g. Write a SQL statement to add PRIMARY KEY 't_id' to the table 'teachers'.

This feature helped me a lot while preparing. Apart from this at the end of the page, it has some multiple-choice questions to double-check if you are really ready for the interview or not. Go give it a try. :)

    2. Glassdoor: With glassdoor, you can get an overall idea of what type of questions can be asked at a particular company. So let's say if you are preparing for a Amazon company, you can find the information about the interview process and can get an idea about what type of questions you will be asked at an interview. So before going to the interview, I will recommend you to check the glassdoor once.

For now, I used the above two resources only mainly while preparing. I advise you go through interviewbit's SQL section (they have another section where you can practice and solve some SQL real-world problems.)

This is for now. Thank you for reading. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me by posting comments.

I will publish another post (a more detailed one) once I get enough time. :)
